Payments

Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit & credit cards in USD will be accepted for payment.

Once a payment is made for the CodeScreen service, a confirmation email will be sent to the client via email within one hour of receipt of the payment.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Canceling Your Account

The CodeScreen Service is billed in advance in accordance with our pricing schedule and all payments are non-refundable. All monthly subscriptions will auto-renew on the scheduled renewal date unless a cancellation is requested by the customer prior to the renewal date. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active subscription. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any service already paid for.

You can stop using our Services at any time and we reserve the right to suspend or end the Services to you in whole or part at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, without incurring the liability of any kind. Without limitation, we may suspend or terminate your use if you are not complying with these Terms, or if you use the Services in any way that may cause us legal liability or disrupt others’ use of the CodeScreen Service or damage to our business or reputation, or for any other reason. If we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to let you know in advance and help you retrieve data, though there may be some cases (for example, repeatedly or flagrantly violating these Terms, a court order, or danger to other users) where we may suspend or terminate your account and access to the CodeScreen Service immediately. You acknowledge that if your access to the Service is suspended or terminated, you may no longer have access to Your Data that is stored with the Service. To cancel the account you should send a request to our support team via our live chat (on this website or in our web app) or via our hello@codescreen.com email.

General

Users using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
